Shipping Policy

We deliver across the UAE through our trusted courier partners, covering most major destinations.

UAE Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days within Dubai and major cities

  • Free delivery: on orders over 150 AED

  • Orders below the free delivery threshold are subject to standard shipping fees

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Swimwear

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange once received.

  • If there is an issue, the item must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees apply to approved returns and exchanges.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges.

    In the rare event that an item is received faulty or incorrect, we will gladly cover the shipping and return fees, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery.
